ATTENTION! if you encounter problems with lighting - turn HDR on.
I have all the sdk settings and it's set to upcoming and I've put it into source mods but it still doesn't show in the library, everything is where it should be. All the maps are there....but nothing to launch. Also there is no folder called THS...
"From what i know, sourcemods are supposed to be installed on Disk C:
If you have it on other disk, try again, but moving it on Disk C:
(example - C:\Program Files (x86)/steam/steamapps/sourcemods)
Also try flushing your steam config - Win + R and type this command:
steam: // flushconfig (without spaces)
After that restart your PC and check if mod is in library."
it seems that one of the menu maps is broken, as I get a crash report reading "42/barn_window_8_breakable - func_breakable: UTIL_SetModel: not precached *10"
What did you do to get a crash error? We didn't encounter any problems during the test
it seems to crash with this error upon startup. I couldn't get to the main menu.
Edit: I was able to fix it by copying ChapterBackgrounds.txt from Half-Life: Source, and deleting "background02" from the list.
I think that the problem is on your side, there is no trouble with the mod, we just checked it
Thank you!!
well, I've tried everything now and it still doesn't work for me....ALL other mods work fine. That suggests to me the problem IS your end.
if that's true, then how other people could run it and play it?
A mystery indeed...but now I see you've released a new version, let's see how that goes...
