What does it do? Add voices for USA? Fix some errors? Or even more?
It change the main weapons systems, Fix some bugs, and add more balance.

I know that. It is written in the TEOD read me file. All new USA units are without their unique voices.

I think the AI is more Intelligent than before but just like before they only build infantries no tanks.Can you make them build tanks and aircrafts?
I just watched the video of Topol M Demonstration and The nuclear split into 3 did you removed it because it is so powerful?
sorry again for too much comments but what makes this version better and different on the other past versions.And I just find out that the units that i saw on GLA on campaign mode is the units in the past versions.sorry if a talk about the campaign again.

I uninstalled the TEOD and reinstalled it again but they still didin't build any tanks or aircrafts.I followed the instructions.How can i fix this problem?
I can't help you. In most payers including me it works. That mean you are missing something.
Just go to your Zero Hour folder, then Data folder, then Scripts folder and delete the file scirmishscript.scb.
For uninstall TEOD read the TEOD read me file.
I will try it but if it won't work i will just try it on the next version. :)

i find it odd that the air force system has abrams but its still good =)
I like a lot the changes in weapons systems! now with airforce is not hard to stop IA`s tank atacks at the begining of the game :D ,but I don`t know what happened with the bradley...are you thinking in change it to other weapons system or some new role for it?
Now is outside of the mod. In next versions, there will be changes :)
it also seems weird that you get f-22 before f-35, shouldn't it be the other way around?
I reinstalled it again and something improved to the AI they now send rocket or rpg soldiers. T_T why is the AI not working right in my computer?

You obviously have no modding experience, so I don't know how to help you. You may not be Installing it right.
