LAA patched custom Amnesia exe by KiraImmortal to circumvent the graveyard and other crashing issues. Installation instructions in the file and in the description below
If you experience the notorious "graveyard crash" and other level loading issues,
do the following steps to play:
- Make sure you have the latest version of Streets of London installed from moddb
- Drop the 2 exe files and the "London_files" folder in your main Amnesia installation
where the Amnesia.exe is, example:
D:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Amnesia The Dark Descent
- Go inside "London_files" folder and click on any of the following .bat files to play:
- TheStreetsOfLondon_64bit.bat (Steam version with Steam overlay)
- TheStreetsOfLondon_64bit_NoSteam.bat (without the overlay)
- You can try reloading your old save files as well, the issue should be solved nonetheless.
Try traversing the critical section from there!
- If nothing else works, restart the mod with the new bat file and you can now play
through without any crashing issues.

Pay attention, if you use the other bat files the regular game will play and the
crashes will probably still occur if you had them before!

Just a heads up for those that care: KiraImmortal has kindly created a patch that fixes the infamous graveyard crash as well as the other crashing/loading issues suffered by the mod, I have given him permission to host his patch on here for anyone still interested in giving the mod a go but has always been held back by these crashes. Hopefulley this will do until the massive update I'm still working on comes out.
I wanna say huge "Thanks" to KiraImmortal for this patch. I've been struggling a lot with this custom story before and now I can enjoy to replay this custom story and ALSO to speedrun it! :D
