Spotted bug:

it is hardcoded, so mod can't affect it

I have a bit of an odd bug to report. I was playing as the TEC and just finished research into the corvette but could not build any at my shipyards.
Edit: Nevermind! Just realized you have to choice a faction in the fleet research menu since the two TECs of different corvettes.
