r1.03 Changes:
- Compatibility update for Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion v1.94.
- Disabled the GUI race selection method. Race selection can now be done by click on the icon directly, much as it used to be pre-Rebellion.
- Reduced the potency of the Asuran raid ability.
- Rampant militia will now include ships from the relevant owning custom races as well as the stock ones.
- The Grace alien mothership now has a chance to spawn in radiation storms.
- Implemented subsurface scattering on Wraith textures.
