Simply put this is the RECONSTRUCTION mod with the GOZ addon, more info in the description.
What is GOZ?
Simply put it is God of The Zone, once in-game you can press ESC to open the main menu then press F1 to open the GOZ menu, this menu will allow you to spawn and do anything in the game. Essentially it's a quick cheat menu as opposed to using the Console commands of the game.
The mod still has AO3.1 and at worst there may only be a few weapons or ammo missing from the GOZ menu as the addition of them caused crashing. The mod is fairly tested but only for basic functionality, if you encounter any errors or crashes please post the issue and log file here and I'll take a look when I have time.

I would recommend uninstalling the original mod. But. Like. You can try not doing so. It might still work. But if you want to be safe I would uninstall the old mod.
theres bugs here
1. Noah keeps jumping off the cliff, respawning back to the edge and jumping off again (to get to the crashed helicopter)
2. Zombies can enter safe zones
3. when a weapon is out you can enter a safe zone anyway
