smart mod manager 1.8.3 file

This is the latest version of smart mod manager and the tools

please do note if you have any problems with SMM or the tools

I can't help since it's my first time using them so you will have to ask people who dealt and know how to fix said problem

sidenote: THIS WAS A FUCKING BITCH TO FIND!!! But was so easy to recover the files from codeplex website (which is now just an archive site where you can get old projects) that i got them from that it looked hard at first to figure out how to convert them to a usable winrar and 7zip. (due to no tutorial from the archive site or any other site besides youtube and even that tutorial video was a fucking bitch to find and the vid i just happen come across it on youtube when i was looking for tutorials recover files from codeplex) but when you finally find out how to convert/recover the files it's really fucking simple. also

I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW YOU WERE SUPPOSE TO CHANGE THEM TO THEIR ORIGINAL NAMES AND SAID NAMES AND TYPE OF FILE THEY ARE WERE IN THE RELEASELIST.JSON!?!

anyways this took me several hours of looking and trying to figure out how to recover the files that were in the archive
