I don't think Moddb would allow any upload with a virus in it.

Once decompressed it is become a 8 MB folder (1:4 compress ratio is high). yes only few units with VERY LOW quality model and still hampered scripts.
now I'm thinking. I played Warcraft III: TFT, there is a custom maps (Bleach vs One Piece,red-) with a lot custom 3D models and scripts embedded into the map file and it only needs 6 MB. Highly compressed model probably?
So yeah I would say this one a 'good' mod.
