IDK why anyone would wanna stick with the original dull washed-out greyish colour palette, considering how better it looks now in the main version of this.

For me, the original colors are more immersive.
The original colors act like a filter.
The world seems more realistic with it.
And some low textures blend better in.
I don't think it looks better tbh, imo it takes away from the atmosphere and immersion so so so much when the colors are changed, it's a core part of the experience to me
I love vanila colors more, because its dirty and washed-out. It adds to game's message and autmoshpere... without it the game looks like another generic shooter
