Fixes a mathematical error with diplomacy in the v4.4 Update, which resulted in some wonky deals being done between factions.

Just me that shows and don't download?
It says.
"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."
The entire content of the XML shows after that.
Tried downloading with diff browsers, even on phone. Still the same.
I tried copy pasting but the spacing for it will be messed up and everything starts on the left. Dunno if get error with it if I do that.
I'll need the XML inside a folder for the download to work, so I don't interact with the XML directly but with the folder instead.
Please help!

Isn't downloading for me, when I open up mirrors it gives me errors.

Done! For all those reading this, if you already downloaded the v4.4.1 Patch before right now, please download and install again. Sorry for not fixing the issue sooner. I didn't realize modDB would jack up a file that wasn't foldered.
