[OBSOLETE] RoTK v4.4 Update file

Update includes new models, textures, and assets for Han light and heavy soldiers, upgrading quality of models and textures of several elite units, inclusion of Hereje's beautiful High Quality Sky Textures Project, and various other small tweaks, fixes, and improvements.

Important notice: Must have both the Rise of Three Kingdoms 4.0 Full Release & RoTK v4.3 Update installed prior to installing the RoTK v4.4 Update

- Gave Xiongnu rebel characters Steppe units instead of Wuhuan
- Removed Yellow Turban Elites from mercenary list
- Light unit shield stat reduced from 4 to 2
- Changed starting rebel garrisons to bandits, yellow turbans, steppe rebels, Shanyue rebels or Nanman rebels, depending on location
- Runan given a more sizeable garrison
- Recolored captain strat models to be inline with associated faction

To install the update, run the installer and point toward your main Medieval II Total War directory.

Note: Is NOT save-game compatible.
