Inspired by the old Europa Universalis: Rome grand strategy game made by Paradox. This is a total conversion mod for Europa Universalis 4. It takes the timeline back to 474 AVC which is 274BC. Rome is only just rising up as a power in the Mediterranean, Carthage controls the majority of the trade in the West, tribes are fighting in Gaul, and Alexander's heirs are fighting each other for control of his vast empire.
