so this is the first mod for rise of nations for me i have steam version so how do i make this mod work?
Well, I don't have the steam version, just wondering, does extracting it in main folder not work? Should be something along the lines of <drive>/Steam/steamapps/Rise of Nations Extended Edition/
Try extracting to that folder, run the game then in quick game or multiplayer select Rise of the Ages 5.4.
