A small update to fix a couple of problems found during previous testing. Extract into sourcemods and replace the folder. Those who downloaded with svn, i'd suggest updating with it instead of using this patch, svn download also removes some no longer necessery files.
God damn moddb made me add this again. I wouldn't be surprised if i missed some files as i got preaty ticked of by this again.

* Moddb Version will get missing material for emtpy item icon
* Fixed displacement problems
* Fixed floating tree

+ Buildings made with build tool now save
+ Added penalty for disconnecting when dead (which causes exploit)
