The only way to solve it is by setting the game to Windows 95 compatibility, by right-clicking the .exe and selecting properties. No need of this patch or making an .iso file!

Could you make it run without the need of an ISO? It says im missing a .dll file.
Also the Action button doesnt work with a gamepad, it opens the Key Configuration menu instead.
