- Solved issues regarding the lack of military goods in early game. It should now be easier to build armies early in the game. Please note that if you want to build new units, you will have to turn down your military upkeep, as your armies will consume all goods before the new units in production get them. Also, don't neglect your military industry.

- Reworked the needs of all pops. Countries lower down the tier list will need to rely on their own food production a lot more.
