added swords, added sword drawing sounds, the swords can deflect bullets, they also come with deflecting sounds, lookup sword in the item menu, equip it and become the ultimate badass! open up the editor, place a unit, press f3, select the unit, hold ctrl and press w, click inventory, search for sword,double click and equip!
added noscope, for user_controlled units only, make a 360 turn until you hear, "TARGET ACQUIRED" and fire your weapon, just for show right now until I can find out how to enhance it.
added sword and knife hit sound effects,
added Streets of Rage fighting sounds,

Oh yeah, changed the melee get hit animations to always be stationary, and they are all changed to the fastest available get hit animation, so you can have a better chance at recovery if possible.

amplified snake's voices so it matches the sound effects.

Installation:
Drag it to an existing mod
search in the editor's human equipment menu for radiousa, you will see radios for the faction and player. equip it to your troop and he/she will use that during battle far away, but up close will switch to their gun instead. however the radio will still function when not equipped.
The Radio will spawn the faction's troops randomly
search for spawn_prob in human.inc to change how often units are spawned

The Radio's Inv ammo uses the light tag so they are at the bottom of the list of preferred weapon ammo in ammo.set
sometimes the radio will call paradrop ammo for your troops

change whats said by using CTRL + H and rename, and what troops are spawned for that radio

Pardon me sonne , i got a problem here. i installed the mod and seem to have an error when i start the game. I think it's about the text limit or something ,how do i fix it? Your seem to work fine.
okay, I finally found out what it really is, it isn't the tags, but the {set "blah" 1}'s. I added too many of them O_o, gonna try and replace them with something that won't go over the limit. This is only a problem with mods that have other heavily altered inc files.
but in your video it seem to work fine. Is there another way to copy the the code instead of the whole thing? I really like the MLG though.

click on that
when its done loading, press f3,
then hover your mouse over breeds
click mp
click eng
click rifle
then place that unit on the map, select it again,
hold ctrl + w while selecting that unit,

thats for the audio editing program audacity Audacityteam.org, so you can make your own radio sounds for the game.

maybe a potential problem, not sure, but I have been having nothing but problems reloading saved games since using this new script. So far the only thing I can say for sure is it has to do with mostly AI dead or maybe "dying" ones. Going into the "mission" file in a save game folder and deleting some of the extras in the dead guys "entity" will finally get the save to work. It is a trial and error and I'm trying to nail it down. But at the moment no save game has reloaded perfectly.
Anyone else having this problem ??
which men of war are you using? Men of War, AS1 or AS2?
Sorry Sonne2, I presumed because we were in the AS2 forums that was a given. But Yes ! Men of War Assault Squad 2 ONLY, all dlc's except modern. Fully patched.

p.s. It might have something to do with the "Interaction" lines in their entities. Most dead guys have a line about revival script enabled and numbers. However two of the mgunners I found were {Dying} instead of {Dead} and they had a whole string of stuff about weapons jamming and not being able to move (cant imagine why ?? they're dead) and a lot of other stuff I cant remember now.
p.p.s. No that didn't work, changed them both from dying to dead, I'll keep looking
OK got it, under the player number, and the MID number and Able or not there is a "Weaponry" section. If I delete that the save works. Some just seem to have the reload part and that works I think. But I was deleting it all in testing and only notice a few others later that didn't seem to make the save crash. Deleted everything between {Able and {Chassis, I'm betting its the Accuracy part

But first off, we are really lucky in the fact that the "Devs" continue to support their games and the community. A lot of companys DON'T!
Secondly, I must say that the newest patches have made the play ability much much better at least for SP. I opted into the new beta yesterday and so far its been good.
OK, no I didn't seemed to have problems before I downloaded your bundle pack here. a) I started using your revival script a ways back and we had lots of discussions back in the older forums.
b) I never got into your jamming script at all, don't know why
c) I never got your MLG script either because I did not know what it was?? looked like a force field, too spacey for me !
So I wanted your radio guys and revival and grabbed this pack, and that's when the reload problems started. Good news I have been able to "fix" the saves, Bad news it takes a lot of perseverance and scrolling to do so, and I get frustrated just like any other 'modder'
But hey if we didn't enjoy it we wouldn't do it right ??
lol, its probably the tags, go into set/interaction_entity and rename human.inc to human2.inc then rename humansetold.inc to human.inc and try saving/reloading again. It will remove many MLG features, but its worth a shot.
Well maybe, but it stopped doing it now. I disabled Jamming Mod and at first it didn't make a difference, see some of the soldiers in the game still had that info in their entities. After a couple of saves and a few tweaks the saves stopped acting up and now the game saves and restores like nothing was ever wrong. Its most certainly tied in with the Jamming Mod and that Weaponry section "if" a soldier dies while that's active in his entity the game freaks out and can't process that
hmm, thats pretty weird man. then again the jamming script does have some things that must be improved regarding units dying in animation.

move the video into the exe, click .avi format, after clicking ok, look to the right and scroll down until you see audio options, look at disable audio and switch it to yes, convert and put that into mod/resource/video
You have to remove the audio otherwise the video will be glitchy and you will get REKT.
