Here come the 1.1 version of my mod. You need to delete the old file(Def folder and old Varios.pak) And extract this file to the DATA folder.

There come a bit balance for Rashiduns units and other races.
i mean is what changes in these mod? i mean i tried what you instructed but, suddenly the unlimited UCP and TCP became, not unlimited ahahaha :)
