Honestly, this system of separate languages brings more trouble than convenience. I'd rather include one of the packs with the mod by default, and then uploaded another language pack, for those who need it. They are small anyway, but people tend to not read instructions and will likely miss that they need more than just one download.
I have thought of that as well, but I still have some faith left that people are able to read 1-2 sentences of the description

i install good but my mouse console is invisible wtf? and i dont have music and voice's to herd what the heck!?
