Description
This mod brings the original Doom 3 ammo count from pickups in Doom 3: BFG Edition. For compatibility with vanilla the mod uses a .resources file (can't be loaded to the original Doom 3).

How to use this?
- extract the folder on the installation folder of DOOM 3 BFG Edition/ DOOM 3 (2019)
- add the launch argument to the game "+set fs_game old_ammo"
- Open the game and enjoy the good old ammo pickups
Does this remove the extra ammo in the levels as well or just reduces the ammo per pickup back to vanilla levels?
It just reduces the amount
When you say launch argument, do you mean opening the console in the game or adding the argument to the properties of the file or shortcut?
And do you mean extract the folder inside the folder, or the entire folder, both old_ammo.1 and the old ammo folder inside of it?
A. Adding the argument to the shortcut (launch argument)
B. Just extract the folder old_ammo inside the .zip file to your game's directory (it must be in the same folder the game's .exe is in)
