There is still a bug about capitalists. When I played with USA, number of capitalists can be increased, but when I played with Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria ect. capitalists are not increasing(their number decreasing -2). Your mod is excellent and my favourite Could you please fix this issue? :))

Yes I know. I think this happens because there are not enough unemployed craftsmen in these countries. You need to increase your craftsmen first and capitalists will start building new factories.

I dont think it is true. Number of capitalists should be increased if there are enough educated rich people. Current capitalists still builds roads and factories but their number are not increasing. I think it is about being superpower because in USA capitalists can be increase.

Exactly, I realized that you have to be over 30% of literacy to start promoting capitalists. Ιt has nothing to do with superpowers or anything like that. For example, Belgium in 1936 can successfully promote capitalists.

But Bulgaria in 1920 can not promote capitalists despite their 4.3 literacy(I also tried to make literacy 0 with cheatmenu and still did not worked bro)
Edit: I made literacy 100 and tried to promote again, it worked. Sorry for bothering bro :/
