Hello! This hotfix correct some issues from previous version and change some conditions in few decisions and events. Take a look to changelog to see the changes and corrections.

I think he selected wrong start scenario (1836). You should remove it from the list.
Have one little issue. When Soviet Union declares war on Georgia it doesn't annex it all, it leaves Batum province and annex it in another war or even leaves it. It isn't realistic and logical

It would be nice, if you add some favout to South Africa. At least, for example, decision to make Boer primary culture, when SA becomes fully independent from GB, and events related to apartheid regime.
Hey Dev, There is a serious bug that gives pops -2 promotion factor to becoming a capitalist,The game thinks serfdom hasn't been abolished yet.
