Love the mod keep up the good work!
The same RGO bug(like Turkey's) is occured in my Germany game when I got some social reforms.I still could not notice which of them are the reason of this bug but I am kind of angry to that why RGO system is perfectly working in other mods but ONLY not working in this beautiful mod. I hope you can find its reason in future.
I see, I will take a look and I will try to find the solution.
Little hidden gem of a mod for this game, you should post this on the forums if you want some more attention for it.
