Be sure to install the mod to the Postal 2 Complete Build 5024!
Extract archive to main game directory
Example: C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete
to start the game:
1) open C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\System
2) start Postal2CoOp.exe
3) enjoy the game

to start dedicated server:
1) open C:\Games\Steam\steamapps\common\POSTAL2Complete\System
2) open Postal2CoOp_RunServer.bat
3) join game with Postal2CoOp.exe

I played it and it's amazing, if a new update ever happens i got a few suggestions for it:
1-Every Dude Skin has the same arms/legs as their skin counterparts (something similar happens on the multiplayer share the pain)
2-Be able to control the amount of "Bystander population" and "Corpose Population" In the server host options (So it will be determinated by the server instead of getting locked in a lower number, at least it's locked on a lower number on the current version.)
3-Restore Ragdoll Syncronization (I'm not sure if it's restored on the current update or not)
4-Be able to change the Common Hot Keys on the Controls Option (Would be really cool to have that option)
5-Talking about controls, would it be possible to implement "Commit Suicide" function? i tried doing here but it seems it's not in the mod.
6-Be able to turn on or off machinegun, pistol and shotgun recoil damping (some of my friends loved that feature and it was an option for singleplayer)
7-Restore the bullet holes that got removed in this update (I don't know why was the reason that got removed, but i guess it's because it wasn't synced, right?)
2,3,6 Are implemented in the 1.4.1 version!
