A WIP rework of the English world, if you have any ideas feel free to suggest them. French 'Choose an Heir to Napoleon' events and the subsequent decision chains, a big Panslavic formable, Italy rework, new cultures in Western Europe, made Yugoslavia easier to form (Illyria Gaming?!)

This is a 'what if Napoleon won?' alternate history scenario, based on IGoR PUIR (an mp mod you can find here Github.com)
Some of the more interesting countries to play would be:

Installation: Open your Victoria 2 game files
(if you bought the game on Steam, right click on it in your library, click on properties, then on 'browse local files'),
open the NLR zip file,
copy the Napoleon's Legacy Remake folder and Napoleon's Legacy Remake .mod file to the /mod folder in your game files.
###The NLR Low Res submod changes the terrain textures to be smaller, so that they have less an impact on performance, while still looking... passable, to me.###

Even the PUIR parts, I'm sure all the 4 currently absent PUIR developers won't care about you taking their code. It'd be cool if you didn't take the entire mod and reupload it under your own name, but I don't know why you'd want to do that in the first place.

Hey, I think the coding to form the HRE as Austria is wrong. The first condition to form is "The german empire exists / North german federation exists / South german federation exists", there is no way that you can make the german empire without the other two federation and it makes the rest of the conditions useless.
It's supposed to work. Anyway I did it differently so it shows up correctly in the decision. Here the test version link (the moddb version is always supposed to be when everything is working): Github.com
thanks for the clarification. I created the South german federation so that is why it wasn't working.
That's purely visual, the actual condition is "Germany doesn't exist, NGF doesn't exist, SGF doesn't exist"
