I can definitely confirm they are not there at all since I had that Lion Set and my hero did not cause -2 Morale on hit. I will check FAQ, thank you for your time!

this is ok place, have you verified all possible installation issues in FAQ, since this issue seems unique to you.

the set bonuses should become visible after closing the inventory screen, if it doesn't work see possible installation issues in FAQ

you seem to be playing without the mod or a wrong install, since it has other effects in the mod.

Go to "Tutorials" and read the F.A.Q. you have to manually point the mod installation to ToE directory otherwise it wont work.
