i dont know if this is just my game or something but it doesnt seem to change anything, it has the same changelog from the 7.0 aswell
Noone managed to update it on moddb until now.
Building patch, uploaded on 10/25, continues the fixes we have made to buildings, as well as the issue of rulers converting to their local culture, which we have fixed. Also, some Gondorian names were messed up, and this was fixed. Adjustments to fertility were made, with it being more likely of being infertile at an older age only if you have a kid or two. Removal of a former dev's artwork and graphics work as well. (will be uploaded by me once I get to the office and have decent enough internet)

when whatever unreported issues causing the 3.0 crashing issues are corrected
soi got it on 3.0.1 as of now...can i play *-*?
you need to roll back to 2.8.3.4 to play, thee's diagnosed issues with 3.0 causing crashes that we're trying to fix.
I can't find 2.8 to download anywhere (torrents)
Only 3.0 and 2.7.2 or so

Can't help you with pirating, surely there are better places to ask that won't likely cause problems for the mod.
