Mechwarrior 4 Community tools n tutorials file

142mb of obscure and rare tutorials, modding, mapping and modelling tools that were made throughout the 2000s given by the Mech4 community including some work from a modder who was kicked from the Mektek team in 2004 for leaking their tools though we do not specifically have those so instead we've got his later work on another Mech4 mod called NetMech IV he and his colleges know how to add mechs to the game but I never got ahold of them, though god bless them for this.

bonus: there is an unknown mech model that may have been used during Mekpak 1 development under the name test_mech
