Map Template is a map loading file that can be used when making a loading image for your maps. Made by TRS-AP.
"To use this you must have PhotoShop (I am using Photoshop 7),
Open up the file, in the layers section, go to "Your Map Image" layer.
Now, Open up any screen shot you would like to use for your map's loading screen.
(I like to do a "centeral" shot of my maps to put into the loading screen)
Now, with the "Marquee Tool" select the location on your screen shot you want
to bring over. Once it is selected, Copy it. Now, go to the MapTemplate file and
make sure your on the "Your Map Image" Layer, and paste your selection. You can
now move your screen around for the perfect angle for your loading screen. Now
save your file as your maps name (Case sensitive) in a .tga format and put that
file into your maps folder and enjoy your new loading screen!"
This is fantastic, thank you! It also works in GIMP for everyone's awareness.
