Designed for Lost Alpha Mod Pack 2014 (which is a mod compilation for Lost Alpha). Fixes a number of potential crash errors. Shouldn't require a new game.
Wut ? I spend 2 hours of playing running from the bar to Sidorovich , sleep at their Bases , and return. Nothing change at their sales.
Is there something like a timer wich is set to change or Update their Inventorys ? :D
Sorry for late reply, but you can always exit the area and enter it again. Just head to the rostok factory, go there, and go back immediatly back to cordon. This should restock the traders in the area.
I was doing it with the trader in the army warehouses the dead city is nearby so I was going there and back again to pile up some of the new ammo types, especially the 7.51 ammo is very scarce. Regards!
Does it run worse for you than unmodded Lost Alpha? It doesn't really affect graphics or things that would affect performance. Make sure V-Sync is disabled.

Since your Mod Pack 2014 I can't see playing "vanilla" Lost Alpha any more ;)
I'm since many months trying to change the menu start screen and the intro music. As I'm not an expert at all and I've already tried to learn and google it since 2 month already and messup up the SDK...
Would post how to do that?
I understand that its a total personal preference but for me would be very important to implement the original Oblivion Lost intro "original" music/theme and another banner or background.
You will have to use a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Database Extractor on Lost Alpha's gamedata.db files (located in the main Lost Alpha folder). You have to extract the following folder:
gamedata\sounds\music
It's in one of the gamedata.db files but I don't know which. Once you do that, then you just have to find the main menu music in that folder, delete it, and put in your music of choice using the same name as the original main menu music.
After this, put this gamedata\sounds\music directory (with your new main menu song, no other files needed) into your main Lost Alpha folder.
I've found some small bugs :)
1. The animations of the pump-action shotguns are a bit broken, the fire rate doesn't match the reloading animation and this "pumping" movement is cut in the middle. The same goes to reloading the SV 98
2. The SV 98 rifle shows a small glitch/part of the players body on the left side
3. The Desert Eagle is permamently adjusted to be in the middle of your sight, if you try to aim it with RMB the gun is wandering upwards and to the left into a very strange position, the hand's texture is also glitched and blank while doing this.
4. The minimap is off, but the sounds informing that stalkers are in range are still there. Also the clock occupies the old position, it looks a bit weird with the minimap off.
5.The game crashes if you will try to repair stuff.
6. The scopes of some of the new weapons aren't properly adjusted (DX10)
7. TEC pistol can't fire in full-auto mode.
That's it. Otherwise I'm really enjoying your work, the LA feels a lot more complex with your mod installed:) I wish you Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
Hey Boredgunner , its me again! :D do you know something about a crash at the Swamp-doctor when you activate the big Cutscene with the "Illuminati"-Circle ? The Vision starts, the game is loading , but then it crashes with following Text:

hey i might ask a stupid question but in game data files i found so many different guns but i just cant spawn them all trough the spawn menu ? any magic behind that?
I am unsure if this has been addressed already, but, would it be possible to get some sort of fast travel in place? As it stands, it is just tedious traveling from one place to another
Is a spawn menu included in this mod pack? Yes, I know there is one included in Lost Alpha with the Debug mode, but I am unable to access it or activate it and the only able to find information in GSC forums on how to enable it for SoC vanilla, and there being differences in the file scripts, isn't helpful.
But it doesnt bring back the Fuelcans to the trader i guess ? :( :D
It doesn't make them more common yeah, I was going to do that in the next upgrade (this is a reupload).
Okay so Sidorovich actually sells fuel cans, though they are kind of rare. I'll upload a hotfix that makes Barkeep sell them too.

This is a patch for a mod for LA 1.3003, so practicly yes. But you have to install the LA ModPack first.

Does this happen consistently? What were you doing when it happened and where were you in the game?
Dude I could do with a performance patch anything to lower the load on my old PC this mod batters my FPS to 15-20 even on the lowest setting.

Hmm I thought I fixed the Desert Eagle but I will look into it, thanks for posting. The DX10 scope fix will fix the scopes (it's a separate download).

That's an inherent bug with Lost Alpha and I'm not sure how to fix it. Did you try reloading and trying again?

That's a problem with Lost Alpha itself. It is fixed by getting the latest Xvid, as mentioned above.

You can technically spawn anything in the spawn menu, but the new guns don't get buttons. You need to do it like this:
