Description
This makes the NPCs of the Morrowind Main Quest less generic and more interesting. Approximately 70 NPCs have had new dialogue, personality, and backstory added, including but not limited to Hlaalu/Telvanni Councilors, Blades, Dissident Priests, etc. No new quests, but a couple of tweaks to existing ones.
