Removes racial HD for monster races (Trolls & Hill Giants) so they are easier to level up.
This mod removes the racial HD in the monstrous PC race definitions, so they don't get the huge XP penalty. They will also have fewer HP, of course.
Note that they still have Level Adjustment values (4 for HG, 5 for Troll) so they will still level slower, just not as badly as before.
Installation: Unzip to your ToEE folder.
