Description
An old version of Legacy of the Dragon, a high fantasy mod for Mount&Blade;: Warband
Legacy of the Dragon is a high fantasy mod for Mount&Blade: Warband (1.171 and above) which entirely revamps the map and the lore of the base game.
The mod features a classical high fantasy setting with elves, dwarves, dragons, orcs, goblins, giants, wizards and so on. Legacy of the Dragon inherits most of the gameplay aspects of the base game but offers a new experience in a land of magic. The players will be able to create their characters belonging to one of the 5 fantasy races in addition to humans, cast various kinds of magic, summon undead and demons, practice alchemy and venture into dungeons in search of plunder or glory.
- Companion dialogs updated (all complete, no more "-to be filled-")
- Battle Continuation added. Battle no longer ends when you die (except for village raids and siege defenders sallying out).
- Broken siege scenes fixed
- Summoning undead and demons now decrease health and don't effect honor
- Summoned troops no longer cost upkeep
- Cleric spells now heal the user upon use
- Legendary items' stats increased
- Menu art overhaul
- New soundtrack
- New sounds for some non-humanoid races
- Texture errors showing up in rlg.log fixed
- A map error in Eastern Aejdaria fixed
- Flame clerics have their own separate spell set now.
- The problem with companions not being able to pass through the first gate in Mount Dhugor Dungeon is fixed.
and various other small fixes and changes.
This version is the last precursor to 1.0 (other than small hotfixes that might be released in following weeks). 1.0 will look very similar to this version but with some small cosmetic changes such as proofread strings, an original soundtrack and better, original voice acting.
Sadly, couldn't fix the problem with linux and windows. I'm open for suggestion and help. Hopefully I will get it done before 1.0.
- (Delete your previous Legacy of the Dragon installation)
- Download 7zip from here
- Install 7zip
- Download the mod (LOTD_0.77.7z)
- Right click on the file
- 7zip > Open archive
- Extract the folder (Legacy of the Dragon) to module folder in your Mount&Blade: Warband installation

Why I have crashes error that the file cannot be opened?
What is your Warband version?
The game crashed on the first character creation( I played this mod way before)
but the game runs fine after second run.
