One of the biggest C&C mods of all time is here once again for the final time.
I thought this mod is final after 1.9 but some things got rushed and fixes had to be made immediately. Instead of a v1.92, this is a revision of v1.91. Originally released several days ago, now it's re-released with the final fixes after several rechecks.
So here are the final version 1.91 changes:
Global Changes:
• Fixed an issue where the ATMS missile upgrade cannot be upgraded when either of any increase of atk/armor/speed is applied. Due to this, all tier-4 structures using the increase of atk/armor/speed upgrades will no longer have a limit of one upgrade per use per player.
• NOD/Black Hand MLRS primary weapon increased to 350 from 325. ATMS upgrade weapon damage decreased from 3000 to 1500 since it was too overpowered.
• Removed power usage to all vehicles since no one liked it.
• All previous structures/defenses not in current C&C3 power usage standards are fixed.
• Most upgrades’ research times reduced but most of them will be 90 seconds.

In this fix, is the mastodon/Reaper (no firing) glitch fixed?
No, but because it's based from a C&C4; unit and unless I have the original C&C4; source code for that unit, I do not know how to actually fix that issue.
I noticed something strange. It appears that Scrin units with shield upgrade combined with armor upgrades from Signal transmiter makes their armor almost three times stronger. Single Seeker tank is tankier than a Mammoth tank and a Gunwalker squad is tankier than a MARV! 10+ heroic units + Heroic MARV were shooting at a Gunwalker squad and it just refused to go down for a long time. Once shielded late game Scrin units are attacking in huge numbers it's extremely hard to defend.
This showed up with the latest update when all three upgrades from Transmiter/Ch.Plant/C.Center were enabled.
Otherwise, Mod is much more fun to play without MLRS unit spam and energy starving.
Same, Tried to do NOD campaign "Italian Hills" A single seeker (to add insult to injury) it was ELITE and it took down 10 avatars with upgrades

had torrent version???
Interesting I installed it to both my documents (like One Vision)and the Steam version, (yes I double-triple checked the paths)and I get this thing about DID YOU BUILD DATA then the game crashes. Any advice?

Hello, there seems to be an issue with the first nod campaign mission. The fanatic does not deal enough damage to the wall and as such the mission will keep failing. Could you release a patch to fix this issue?

ok made it work, it isnt bad, but it feels awfully unfinished, so it is more like a passing curiosity that I would check no more than once, rather than something would get into.

Downloaded this mod and played the campaign, Loved the GDI Campaign but the 1st mission in the NOD campaign the Wall is thicker than usual and Fanatics cant penetrate it leading to the mission being failed...
