One of the biggest C&C mods of all time is here once again for the final time.
I thought this mod is final after 1.9 but some things got rushed and fixes had to be made immediately. Instead of a v1.92, this is a revision of v1.91. Originally released several days ago, now it's re-released with the final fixes after several rechecks.
So here are the final version 1.91 changes:
• Fixed an issue where the ATMS missile upgrade cannot be upgraded when either of any increase of atk/armor/speed is applied. Due to this, all tier-4 structures using the increase of atk/armor/speed upgrades will no longer have a limit of one upgrade per use per player.
• NOD/Black Hand MLRS primary weapon increased to 350 from 325. ATMS upgrade weapon damage decreased from 3000 to 1500 since it was too overpowered.
• Removed power usage to all vehicles since no one liked it.
• All previous structures/defenses not in current C&C3 power usage standards are fixed.
• Most upgrades’ research times reduced but most of them will be 90 seconds.
