Here's the source for Rags2Riches version 1. I figured I should probably archive this here because I only have one copy of it.
This includes all of the files needed to run the SDK on some form of Visual Studio. I used Visual Studio 10.0 2010 to compile these files, but they should hopefully work with any version newer than the one I used a decade ago.
Hopefully we get an new version that, contains some of the balance changes from reloaded then this would be the definitive way of playing kingpin
