This is Version 1.0 of the Forerunner Defense System Mod with AI enabled, be warned that it slows and somewhat breaks the covenant AI.
How to install:
This mod uses the mod manifest method. I built this on the steam version but it should also work with the windows store version.
Step 1: Extract the mod folder to a directory you will remember.
Step 2: Navigate to the local APPDATA for Halo Wars
Example: C:\Users\PC\AppData\Local\Halo Wars
Step 3: In this folder create a .txt file named modmanifest
Step 4: In the modmanifest document place the directory to where you saved the mod directory
Example: C:\Users\PC\Desktop\Modding\Halo Wars\Forerunner_Standalone
Step 5: Boot up Halo Wars: DE and enjoy!

WRITEUP AND INFO:
When building this I tried to make the additions to files as modular as possible. All changes/additions are pushed to the bottom of the modified files listed below to allow for other modders to easily slot this into their mods. The default forerunner units remain unchanged to assist with this.
Known Bugs:
-Sentinel Barracks and Manufacturing Bay leave black holes on the ground texture when destroyed.
-Forerunner AI is now enabled, but will bug the covenant and slow their build order/cycle
-Some Animations for new units are bugged and do not cycle.
