Imperial Dimension Neptunia, Patch 0.216 file

Patch 0.216 for Imperial Dimension Neptunia mod. It adds a new Galaxy map, new UI for New Republic and Imperials, makes the Zann Consortium playable again, improves rigs/animations of certain units and add others goodies.

This is a patch for the previously released Imperial Dimension Neptunia, Version alpha 0.2 version.
