tutorial: just drop whats inside the SWAT 4 folder from the zip file on the SWAT 4 folder from the disc.

Changelog:

• Whole mod is based on SEF 6.4 version. (although you dont need to Install it anymore) this mod is a unique folder +BaseExpansion. again, crediting eezstreet and his team.
• MainMenu Logo Changed;
• BaseGame Helmets removed to Highlight the mod (cuz they are typically the same);
• ModHelmets Retextured and Small-Remodeling Tweak;
• Some of the ModHelmets have a police sign on it now;
• Added New Protection Head: the Police Hat;
• Multiplayer is now a possible thing if you host your own server with HOVmod;
• Changed Protection HUD.
