I don't keep that thing, because there're so many changes in each version that your web browser will run out of memory if I show it to you.
Im getting command and voice over audio, but no weapon discharge or impact sounds?
Check your game settings. Effect volume and voice volume are set separetely. Is your effect volume turned off?
I just checked it, all audio effects are there.
All my audio is at 100....could it be my target"exe -mod ComplexSimple.big -hardwarecursor -overridebigfile -w 1920 -h 1200"?
Ah, I see what might be wrong. Remove -overridebigfile and try again.
-overridebigfile will override the files contained in the ComplexSimple.big if you have any similar files in your data folder.

i wish that the next update homeworld cataclysm ships were be put into this badass mod

Those models and textures are too low-res, and they won't be looking nice in this mod.

Try -mod Homeworld_2_Complex_Simple_2.6.big?
1GB? WUT? I thought it'd be smaller than Complex original, but it just gets bigger!?

Do you mean your profile? I never have such problem. Check if you can create a new profile with the original Homeworld 2(without mod).

Oh, you mean the target box. Remove the quotation marks "".
There should be no quotation marks in the target box.
Read the pdf manual, there's a screenshot of it telling you how to do this.

'C:\program in the target box is not valid :/ it doesn't like me
Delete this shortcut and do it again.
Go to your Homeworld2\Bin\Release folder, create a shortcut from your Homeworld2.exe, then go into the properties of the shortcut, at the end of the target box, you should see something like:
\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe
change it to:
\Bin\Release\Homeworld2.exe -mod ComplexSimple.big -hardwarecursor
Don't touch the "Start in" box below, and there shouldn't be any problem.
I have same problem here, "the specified path does not exist" And i have the "" already int the target of the shortcut, i try whith "" and without,
but that change nothing i have this message "the specified path does not exist etc..." i have tried with many different shortcut .. idk what's wrong, i am on window 8.1 maybe the problem is from here?

dont touch the " after the .exe and that work.
