Description

Custom Replacers mod. This is to allow more compatibility and optionality when using multiple monster mods for Doom II. Works for Zandronum and GZDoom and maybe some other source ports as well.

Cool mod, lots of potential. Tested on Gzdoom 4.10.0 with Dehacked Attack 4.0. Some feedback:
- Spams unknown commands on map start about "CountSpawners" and "PreEverythingDelay"
- No option to replace Lost Soul, Cyberdemon, or Spider Demon. Would be nice to be able to replace the whole suite.
- Monsters are not replaced fast enough for other mods like Chaos Cards to play off them: Chaos Cards usually doesn't find any monsters to spawn cards for, occasionally it will find one to make cards for but that's about it. Also the fact that Lost Souls, Cyberdemons, Spider Demons, and Wolfenstein SS are not replaced, Chaos Cards winds up preferring them since they spawn earlier.
- Would be really nice to add compatibility with the original Doom actors in case someone only wants to replace some monsters but not all of them.

I've updated it again with some slightly better code, now if you misstype something the default actor will spawn in and also it gives error messages.
