HardQore 2 1.1 patch for Doom 3 file

The extremely long over due patch for HQ2 is here. The patch isn't quite finished and still needs some bug testing... but it is better than nothing and still packs many great features and additions to the mod.

Some of the new features include:- mouse aim mode option
- better controls
- new weapons
- rebalanced gameplay
- better support for background/foreground movements
- enhanced AI
- water physics
- scrolling backgrounds
- multiple lives, score and checkpoints
- enhanced "WastedHate" map (and "Playground" testmap as well)
