Installed the may 17th base mod with the may 29th patch, made a cgm from c0a0 with the following mods

I got to power-up, turned on the generator, thought all the marines on the way back and then, there was a fence where you're supposed to go fry the garg, I even tried using the tram cart thing and the vox went "main power is not on"... wtf??
