As best as I can tell, this is just the original Spanish version of Half-Life in its entirety.
A few weapon models have been changed, but that appears to be the extent of the alterations. All the maps, sounds, 99% of the models... it's all the original game.
1 primitive MP map + few ugly looking reskins + some replaced sounds + altered HUD + entirely pirated Half-Life with Spanish translation, that's all you have here. No point to even test this.
