Hmm, this doesn't seem to work, shows up on steam but crashes at start up ...
it's a mod from 2008, ofc it doesn't work with modern HL2
OK, so one then wonders why you posted it, if in fact, it can't actually be played ? Am I missing something ?

this is nothing more than a ****** "modpack" consisting of stolen fpsbanana skins anyway, not worth playing at all.

IMPORTANT: EVERYTHING IN THIS MOD BESIDE THE MAIN MENU MUSIC WASN'T MADE BY ME. SO, MANY PEOPLE GET CREDIT. SINCE STUPID PEOPLE RELEASE PACKS AND DON'T TELL, WHO MADE THE THINGS IN IT, I DON'T HAVE THE IDEA FOR THE CREDITS. AGAIN, ALMOST ALL CREDITS GO TO THE CREATORS OF THIS MOD'S THINGS.

Nah, really, if you are going to post something as the full version...download now, play me....then it does actually need to be that. Jumping through hoops isn't my thing. I don't actually have a problem, I just deleted it afterwards, but I feel it does really need to do what it says on the box. There are so many of these things on MDB...rubbish files, occaisionally there is a genuine one, but I lose the will to live while waiting.
