I have a wee problem, everytime i click new game at the main menu, the loading bar stops and an error message appears followed by the game crashing, help?

Im getting crashed when half of the loading bar is loaded. No errors, jus a ding and crashes

I know this might be a massive pain and time consuming... but you could try installing each file one at a time and see which one is causing the loading problem. From the sounds of things it is most likely a problem with the map as this is what would be loading about half way through - try just putting script and/or zombies in first of all.

okay.. HAVING PROBLEM PLAYING THIS MOD CAUSE LOADING DOESN'T FINNISH AND RECEIVE AN UNHANDLE EXEMPTION..
THEN THIS IS THE FIX FOR THAT:

1st: download the mod and install it.
2nd: download the vc limiter adjuster (google it ;) ). (run VC limit adjuster, it will ask you where is the "gta-vc.exe".. locate it and open.)
change streaming memory to this: 128
change buildings to this: 10,000
change dummies to this: 5,000
BEFORE HITTING SAVE, RIGHT-CLICK ON gta-vc.exe in you vice city directory and go to "properties."
UNCHECK read-only, hit apply, and then hit ok. Then, go back to the limit adjuster and hit save.
3rd: Open the game and HAVE FUN!! THAT'S AN ORDER!!!

GTA does not load, and tried the option of VC LIMIT AJUSTER and PATCH and I worked ....... why not put a portable GTA including the MOD would be so easy to just download and play.

Smallcombe thanks for putting the new download its work,but with no missions please would you put the same way of install with all missions,i mean the game is all a bout the missions.

guys i found a way to fix it
1st step copy all files exept in data files:gta-vc.dat in models everything exept gta3.dir
then open your gta3 img (i recomend to use the G-img) and replace all files in the folder named 1gta3.img exept (bmyri.txd/dff bmypi.txd/dff bmyst.txd/dff and cba.txd/dff then rebulid and go to your limit adjuster program you can easly find it in any place and change stream memory to 128 and bulidings to 10000 and dummies 5000
