Guys for me it works , just fine but there are no main quests, no story lines , like i start to play with Jack Sparrow and just i go to log book and nothing... No quests. And the same with all the other Characters... Please help?
You have to find quests. The main quest, such as there is, starts with the "Kill the Beggars" line, which someone should approach you about very early.

Hello, kinda need help with the "ship of Souls". I already got sunk and already bought a ship then talk to white boy. But how do i get the 666 cursed pearls? No governor ever gave me kill the skeletons.. Nice mod by the way,just download it.
I think they will give you a quest to protect a town from an invasion or somehting such as this, you may need a certain rep with the colony of the governor aswell

Tengo problemas con el catalejo no mejora!!!
I am stuck here, can't figure out something, I was watching some youtubes on this game and decided to buy it for $9.99 2 days ago, however, after installing the game to c:\games\... and using the GOF1.2 full and GOF 1.2 patch I managed to get it working, I ended up playing Peter Blood getting on the Spanish ship(which of course is too big for me now). I am suppose to escape the 2 sloops that are chasing me, 1 time I got to 950 + meters away and I can't figure out what am I suppose to do in terms of looking for a global map? when I hit M it says no map. On youtube I see people with a map while they're moving unless someone label the you tube wrong. I don't get it.
Can someone explain, what am I suppose to see when on the open seas? are their maps, ship icon. How do you go to other ports?
Press Space when the Compass show up at the top right conner. Then you exit to world map. Just head to nearest France conoly, everything afterward depend on your choices.

Heh, so I can't find a Legitimate copy of AoP2:CoAS, and the Pirated Pirate game won't work because of the "anti-copy protection" driver stuff. Guess I won't get a chance to play this one. :/

dl-link works perfectly. People's own system has to be configured correctly. My dl worked without even whitelisting or allowing anything anymore with in my linux mint, pglgui (all lists plus all IPs), xfree (ip fake plugin), disconnect, trafficlight, donottrackme, noscript, bluehell firewall, stealthy, all of those except pglgui (an IP-blocker for the system), firefox plugins, plus the mint domain blocker, plus UFW (standard linux firewall), and while I take now FatRat for big downloads, this one hasn't yet disconnected like another biggie one, cuz this here is an "outdated", but surely still good first version of this mod, which I have already dl-ed the 2 version of, you can google it easily, it's "gentlemen of misfortune 2", which is 2.3 or so GB big. But this DL here is quite reliable. Other people who mutter here should take more care to have a concept when using a computer, simply.
