Uncertain? Here are some major reasons to give GMDX v10 a try:
Zero Obligation:
Like GMDX v9? Don't want to deal with the hassle of replacing it with v10? Both versions can be installed separately with no requirement for the other!
Improved Bug Fixing:
While GMDX v9 attempted to fix bugs it also ultimately either fixed bugs in inefficient methods, left bugs unfixed (most of which were fixed in other mods), or introduced its own more noticeable bugs.
In V10, we've targeted every unfixed bug we could think of, and have brought it even further ahead in terms of key improvements.
GMDX v10 contains over 1300 improvements, all of which are visible in the changelog.
Enhanced Faithfulness to Vanilla:
V10 strictly sticks to the Vanilla story and world, no more lore breaking for the sake of increased difficulty. Original difficulties have been restored, realistic now makes the player take x4 damage, compared to GMDX's x3, meaning headshots will now, realistically, kill you.
Easy difficulty has been buffed back to the base x1 multiplier, instead of GMDX's x0.2-x0.25 multiplier. Very Easy difficulty has been added with a x0.5 multiplier, still harder than GMDX's easy but easier than vanilla's easy.
Enemies have been toned down to be more realistic weapon-wise, fewer enemies will be able to launch a rocket barrage at you.
Hardcore difficulty remains mostly unchanged, GMDX introductions that didn't fit with vanilla gameplay have been pushed here.
Further Enhanced Artistic Direction:
Overall better design quality for levels, more detail, better geometry, increased performance, diverse character designs. GMDX v10 includes both New Vision high definition world textures and HDTP high definition object/item models and can be played with or without, including simple menu toggles for each part of HDTP, unlike GMDX v9 which forced HDTP to be on and required the files. You can choose to not install these while installing v10.
Deepened Modernization and Function:
Improved helmet detection to allow fully functionality from any angle. Unique hitboxes per animal and robot, including headshot capability. Laser sights and scopes no longer provide perfect accuracy. Decreased standing times to aim and weapon bloom while firing make combat feel more modern.
Improved Ethical Standards:
Fewer resources taken from other games and mods. No more text from Wikipedia. Removed Invisible War sounds. A more self-contained, stylistically consistent project.
Easier Adaptability:
An improved code base with better formatting, readability and bug-fixing allows modders to have an easier time creating addons for GMDX v10 compared to v9.

Damn, another update! Excellent.
Where is the perks section in skills though?
Also, when I leave versalife and go to Tonnochi road, after the loading scene I run upthe stairs and game blurs and freezes then ctd's? Any idea why?
Thanks
