Description
Version 4.1 for TGC version 0.1.5 This version contains the Reichspakt feature. For more information read the "Implement+Planned" file. The incorrect localizations are from the TGC mod itself, once its fixed I will remove the extra localization file. Moreover, the 1848 German revolution was copied and adapted to from CoE to speed up testing.
