Future Tank X 1 (Edited Ability) file

You will now have to select a target for the ability like the Cryo-Copter,
this was done to implement the AI's use of the ability.

To install you will need to download the source code of the mod "Upheaval" from bibber's website.

Extract the files and paste them in this directory.

This will replace the "GameObject.xml" & "SpecialPowerTemplate.xml"
