This is a full English repack of the Vector of Alienation addon.
To install simply unpack the archive and launch the game through XR-3DA.exe.
The mod comes with a multitude of addons and Generic Mod Manager for their easy activation. Make sure to review the addon options in the _JSGME_MODS folder, as it contains many useful features that are absent in the initial packaging of the mod.

UPDATE:
As of December 15th, 2019 the repack had been updated with Patch 1, adding several new addons and fixing minor untranslated text strings. If you haven't downloaded the mod before the then you do not need to install Patch 1. Big thanks to Babuschka for supplying me with a translation fix and several gameplay tweaks that I've turned into addons.

i got to where i go to the dead city tor the scientist and then its starts crashing out of nowhere and I cant play it anymore. really sucks when your half way thru a game and you cant finish.
Ah, this is a really late reply but apparently the mod has some issues with game-crashing mutants? I can't solve it unfortunately, I only encountered it once and the playtesters didn't have any issues like that. There is a workaround for it in the readme.

Hi! Can i translate your mod into Polish language?
I was told this mod is great so I want to give it a try, do I need the original OLR installed and then place this somewhere in it's files? Or is this a completely new mod?
Why is VoA's economy more ****** than OLR ? a box of 5.45 ammo costs $400 ?
wtf ? quests pay **** poor, i never have enuf money in this. VoA is so better than OLR for writing/quests but the economy alone makes it unplayable. can you fix it ? or least tell me where should i go to fix them. help !
fixed it. used the ARXtoolset DBTool using 2947ru parameter..extracted the files. and changed the prices here config/weapons/weapon.ltx.
**** me it was double the prices on OLR. no wonder.
Damn this looks like something I could get into, but turning off the option for Dynamic Lighting? That's what makes the zone beautiful.. would love to play this with a little bit of modernity at least lol
Edit: Trying to install the mods with the mod manager and it's telling me some of these conflict with each other, I thought I read they all work together, ah well
